If your instrument arrives and it is faulty you have two options:
- You will have received a form containing a list of possible issues with your instrument. Please tick the appropriate box and state that you are requesting a full refund. This must happen within the first 28 days after delivery.
- Please tick the appropriate issue box on the form and state that you request your instrument be repaired or replaced if necessary.
